PAYMENT GRACE PERIOD Grace period is 3 days suspended on the 4th day if invoice is unpaid. After suspended you can Unsuspend the server within 60 days before automatic cancellation. PayPal Subscriptons. User is responsible for ensuring that your subscription is up to date for continued usage. It is also the users responsibility to cancel your subscription, you must either contact PayPal or our sales dept with a cancellation request. All subscriptions are reoccurring, no refunds will be made if you fail to cancel your subscription. 15 day money back satisfaction guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied request a refund within the first 15 days we will refund you in full. Refund Policy. Unless we do not maintain UPTIME(*as mentioned above) no refunds will be accepted, and all sales are final. No refunds will be made for payments over after 60 days. If you qualify for a refund we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 15 days of receiving the refund request.
